Totally Scrubs Medical Uniforms currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and destination.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $150.00 within the continental United States.

Free shipping does not apply to:

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, Totally Scrubs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive tracking information by email once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Totally Scrubs is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

 7-Day Return Policy

At Totally Scrubs Medical Uniforms, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

• Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition
• Original tags must still be attached to the item
• Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or alterations
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Totally Scrubs reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for items returned within 7 days of the original purchase date and must meet all of the following conditions:

• Original tags must still be attached
• Item must be in new condition
• Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or alterations
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or embroidered items
• Items returned without original tags attached

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
